Shipping Policy

We process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day.

We currently offer one standard tracked shipping option for all orders.

United States:
- Orders $0 – $49.99: $6 shipping fee
- Orders $50 and above: Free shipping
- Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days


Please note that delivery times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or holidays.

All orders are shipped with tracking, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.


Returns Policy

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at our support email with photos or videos of the issue.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it meets the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be in original packaging with all included parts

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used or opened products.

Once your return is approved and received, you will be issued a refund for the product amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Return Process:

1. Contact us with your order number and issue details.
2. Provide photos or videos if required.
3. Once approved, we will provide the return address.
4. Ship the item using a trackable and insured shipping service.


Additional Notes:

- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
- Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
