Step 1 - Attach: Snap a clean floss head onto the handle until it is secure.
Step 2 - Select Modes: Press the power button, then short-press to cycle through 12,000, 14,000 and 18,000 VPM settings. Begin with the gentlest mode if you are new to electric flossing or have sensitive gums.
Step 3 - Glide and Clean: Guide the electric floss head slowly between each tooth and along the gumline. Pay extra attention to back molars, tight teeth and other areas your toothbrush cannot reach. Do not force the head through a tight contact.
Step 4 - Rinse: Turn off the device, rinse the waterproof handle and floss head, then allow the head to dry according to the care instructions.
